Frequently asked

How far in advance should I book?

For Portugal, 4–8 weeks ahead is usually enough outside of peak spring and autumn dates. Mauritius trips and larger society tours are best planned 3+ months out, since flights and resort rooms are the constraint, not tee times.

Can you match courses to our group's handicaps?

Yes — it’s one of the main things we do. Tell us the range of handicaps in your group and we’ll steer you away from layouts that will punish higher handicappers, or toward them if that’s what the group actually wants.

Do you only handle golf, or the whole holiday?

The whole trip if you want it — hotels, transfers, non-golf activities for partners or family, restaurant bookings. Golf is the anchor, not the limit. Flights are the one thing you book yourself — we’re happy to advise on routings and timing.

What does a quote cost, and is it binding?

Quotes are free and non-binding. You only pay once you confirm the itinerary and we move to booking.

Do you arrange trips outside Portugal and Mauritius?

Our core, fully-vetted network is in Portugal and Mauritius. For other destinations, get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can deliver the same standard of local knowledge — if not, we’ll say so.
